Meet the team

Jamie Barr, Sales & Service Manager, Medical Group  

Having completed his BSc in Pharmacology in 2001, Jamie began working in medical sales later the same year. Initially working in Pharmaceutical sales, and then into Urological medical devices, firstly in the community and then to acute hospital sales. 

Since joining Dantec in 2008, Jamie has expanded his role from Urology Manager to managing the whole Medical Group, this includes the field Sales and Service team and the Office team.

Linda Soo, Sales Engineer

Linda joined Dantec in 2011 to work as a Sales Engineer. Linda has a background that includes 23 years of service in the NHS as a Clinical Physiologist.

In a variety of roles in EMG and EEG, from Technician right up to Service Manager, Linda has worked at some fantastic Hospitals during her career including Manchester Royal Infirmary, Countess of Chester, The National Hospital at Queens Square and The Walton Centre at Aintree.

Her experience, knowledge and understanding is a key to knowing what our customers expect from our product ranges in Neurophysiology, Urology and Psychiatry equipment and consumables.

Mike Carter, Senior Medical Service Engineer 

Mike Carter joined Dantec in 2007 and is one of our highly experienced field engineers. He has worked with all of the current Dantec systems available and in use and has an ONC Qualification in Electronics Engineering.

Prior to working for Dantec, Mike has worked in Medical Engineering in different roles since 1992 and is able to provide a wide range of technical support services for all your Urodynamic and Neurophysiology systems.


The Office Team

Our Office team is comprised of the Office Manager, Karen Whiting, Sales Administrator, Sue Fisher, Accounts Administrator, Clair Stuckey and Phil Hoos, Warehouse Assistant.

All four members of the office team are highly professional and skilled in making our UK office run smoothly – making the ‘Customer Experience’ with Dantec our number 1 priority.
