The principle of therapeutic magnetic stimulation is based on using magnetic pulses of short duration that easily penetrate through clothes, cranium bones and soft tissues. They exert influence upon deep nerve centers, peripheral nerves, cerebral and spinal cord, which are inaccessible for other kinds of stimulation.
This stimulation is starting to be used to treat depression (including severe and drug-resistant).
There are also positive and encouraging results seen in rehabilitation of post-stroke patients and extensive list of other neurological and psychiatric diseases.

Therapeutic uses - repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)
The main unit used with the coil cooling system and cooled coil is supplied with a convenient holder that facilitates fast and easy coil fixation in any position by rotating one screw.
The units can all be mounted on an ergonomic cart system including the computer to control the stimulation/system.
In this configuration, the system allows long sessions of biphasic rTMS with a working range of frequencies up to 30 Hz and reaches maximum intensity on about 5 Hz.
You can also choose any EMG amplifier from a wide list of neurophysiological systems made by Neurosoft to record motor evoked potentials (MEPs).
Up to 10,000 pulses generated during one session
When the Neuro MS/D is used with the cooling unit and cooled coils, overheating of coils during the long treatment session is avoided.
The cooling unit itself is a tank with the cooling liquid, a pump running the cooling liquid through the coil and the refrigeration unit. The unit is then capable of continuous operation up to 10,000 pulses without overheating. In reality this means that stimulator can operate for hours without overheating.
Peak magnetic field - up to 4 T
The peak magnetic field of Neuro-MS/D reaches 4 T, one of the highest values in the industry. This intensity helps to provide therapeutic transcranial stimulation in the most complicated cases when patients have very low level of cortex excitability.
Neuro-MS.NET software to control magnetic stimulator
This purchase price includes Neuro-MS.NET software that allows creation of bespoke stimulation templates and utilizing some factory made presets. This software also has a built-in patient database, detects motor response threshold and controls the stimulation courses and sessions.
Current preset templates exist for: Parkinson’s disease, stroke, tinnitus etc.
